This year, Anderson County Schools is partnering with Walgreens Pharmacy to offer annual flu shot clinics at your child’s school.  The consent form is available on skyward in the family access portal as well as the district website.  Simply go to your Family Access in Skyward (Login) and click on Flu Consent Form.  This form will need to be completed from a web browser not the skyward app.  Once you complete the form please click the next step button and click submit flu shot consent form.  Flu forms are due no later than Friday, September 16, 2022. If you are not able to access Skyward you can pick up a paper form at your school.

You will need to complete the insurance section of the consent form or if you do not have insurance please note no insurance.  If you have insurance, our local partner pharmacy will bill your insurance, which makes it possible to offer this program.

There is no cost to you for your child to receive the flu shot.

You will not be billed

You will not have a copay
